• Keep short descriptions to 1–3 sentences.

• Focus on what you do, who you serve, and where you work.

• Avoid internal acronyms unless you spell them out first.

• Mention Surrey or the surrounding service area where relevant.

• Share current information only. Outdated copy is the fastest route to a weak directory entry.
