Dress for Success Vancouver has been supporting women and gender-diverse individuals in Metro Vancouver since 1999. We provide free, wrap-around services, including professional workplace attire, career and life skills workshops, and leadership programs, to help people at every stage of their journey toward meaningful, sustainable work. We believe that when women and succeed, families and communities thrive."Dress for Success Vancouver offers three core areas of free programming:
Dressing Services provides new and like-new professional workplace attire for job interviews, new employment, court appearances, internships, and other needs. Specialized appointments are available for newcomers to Canada, trans and gender-diverse individuals, and single mothers through our dedicated programs.
Career Programs include free virtual workshops (minimum two per month) covering job search and interview skills, financial education, and personal development.
Leadership Programs centre on our six-month Working Women's Group, a cohort-based program for employed women that combines workshops, peer mentorship, and networking to support long-term career growth and job retention."
