AssistList Association

AssistList is a charitable organization that helps Greater Vancouver residents purchase, exchange, sell and donate home health equipment and adaptive aids. Our website www.assistlist.ca helps those seeking to donate or sell home health equipment, and those who want to attain the same equipment by providing a digital marketplace, where community members can list unwanted equipment and search for affordable equipment they need. This is valuable because new equipment is often extremely expensive. By using AssistList, individuals and their families no longer have to sacrifice safety due to financial constraints, bringing peace-of-mind, improving quality of life, and prolonging equipment usability. Appropriate medical equipment reduces falls and other preventable injuries which not only have a human cost, but can also lead to increased costs to the healthcare system through hospital visits. By increasing affordability and accessibility, we help our users stay mobile, independent, and healthy.

Keep AssistList free and accessible
Host virtual and in-person educational activities to share health-related resources with Surrey residents and healthcare professionals
Provide funds to purchase PPE and transportation for volunteers to perform community outreach safely
